It all began in 2017 in La Baule, with the deep desire to create a true French-style Tonic, of quality, tasty and accessible to the greatest number. Organic and natural local ingredients are an evidence, the recipe becomes more delicate, less sweet ... and finds its name : La French s’il vous plait !

Developed, manufactured and bottled in France, this refreshing sparkling drink (fine bubbles) without alcohol is elaborated from natural quinine flavours (from organic farming) for pure consumption on ice or in cocktails.
